Material Selection
Composite Fabric Materials:

It not only effectively prevents gas leakage but also provides a soft and comfortable tactile experience for users.

Inner Airbag Material:
The inner airbag is usually made of TPU material, which offers superior airtightness and elasticity to maintain the pillow’s stable shape and support after inflation. Additionally, TPU exhibits strong resistance to deformation, ensuring the product retains its shape even after prolonged use, thereby extending its lifespan.


Production Process
High-Frequency Heat Sealing Technology:
Heat sealing is a critical step in the production of composite fabric inflatable neck pillows. This process uses high temperatures to bond multiple layers of composite fabric tightly, forming a sealed airbag structure. Precise control of temperature, pressure, and duration is essential to ensure strong adhesion between layers while avoiding material deformation or damage from overheating.

Inflatable Structure Design:
Prior to heat sealing, a rational inflatable structure must be designed, including the size, shape, and valve placement of the airbag. A well-designed structure ensures adequate support during use and facilitates easy inflation and deflation.

Cutting and Heat Sealing:
Before high-frequency heat sealing, the composite fabric is cut and sewn into the preliminary shape of the pillow. Accurate cutting ensures proper dimensions and smooth edges, while high-frequency heat sealing machines guarantee the durability of bonded areas.

Quality Inspection:
After production, strict quality checks are conducted to evaluate airtightness, shape stability, material durability, and other criteria. Only products passing these inspections meet industry standards and user expectations.
